What is the Black Pearl Collective?
The Collective is the professional community at the center of Black Pearl's ecosystem. It connects doulas and birth workers who share a mission: protecting and uplifting Black women against systemic medical biases in maternal healthcare, and building sustainable, culturally rooted birth-work practices.
Membership brings together practitioners, educators, and advocates for mentorship, referrals, continuing education, and the sisterhood that sustains this work.
